Observer: an active participant who brings a thoughtful perspective to each encounter. The Observer engages, questions, interprets, and connects their life as witness and storyteller.
I find minimalism beautiful, calming, eloquent.
Minimalism strips away excess to reveal the essential. Words are few, essential, provoking. In visual art, it uses simple shapes, few colors, and clean lines to create works that focus on the indispensable. In music, repetition and gradual change slowly shifts over time, drawing the listener in through its quiet intensity.
Rather than filling all the space with form and colour, or adding a mountain of sounds and movement, minimalism attempts to remove elements while still creating significance and meaning in those things that might otherwise go unseen.
